It has always been an effervescent worker on the vineyards and its roots sink deep into the rich silicon soils.
Salìs offers a culinary experience that focuses on the attentive selection of natural ingredients brought to the plate, partnered by the creative momentum of exsperimentation. Everything then is supported by knowledge and respect for tradition.
Chiara and her dynamic team work daily to nurture the growth of Salìs, with endless curiosity, research and training.
The restaurant is located in an ancient building, once used as a stable and warehouse, constructed with the typical stones of the area, still clearly visible.
The 2010 renovation created space for the Salís Restaurant, a wellness center with swimming pools, and four rooms with large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
The wellness center and guest rooms are part of a larger project that connects to the nearby Agriturismo Due Carpini, located just steps away. The building housing the five "Due Carpini" guest rooms was the old home of the farmers who tended the farm's Cartizze vines, and is overlooked by two centuries-old hornbeams.
Chiara’s cooking reflects the essence of these elements, but it also expands to embrace and reinterpret the colours and flavours across all of Italy.
